Oh Lord, with lamps glowing around you and sleeping on a bed with legs made of
ivory and resting on a soft bed with your broad chest studded between the bosoms of
Nappinai (whose hair is adorned with lots of flowers), please wake up. Oh young lady
(reference to Napinnai) with black and wide eyes adorned with collyrium (kaajal) you
have not decided to wake up your husband Krishna, even for a moment. You are not
ready to bear the separation from the Lord even for a while and this does not suit your
pure character with unbounded mercy.
